Indexed Evidence

Indexed Evidence provides links to pages that detail and summarise the evidence presented by the prosecution in the trial so far. This include details of the charges, defendants, witnesses, victims and investigating police officers. There is also a useful list of the legal counsel for the crown and defence.

The Charges provides detail of the indictment, the actual charges and lists the defendants charged under each count.

The Defendants provides details of each of the defendants, the dates of there arrest and list the counts on which they are charged. It also provides links to the CPS Charge Announcements.

Court Dramatis Personae provides the names of the legal councel for the prosecution and defence.

Phone Hacking Victims lists the confirmed or alleged victims of phone hacking together with the trial dates on which their evidence was presented, they appeared in court or they were referrenced. From this list you can click on a trial date to see Peter’s full Live Twitter feed for that day.

Trial Witnesses provides a list of trial witnesses so far. Witnesses have given evidence in person or by written statement. For each witness there are links to the full Live twitter feed for the days they appeared in court and there evidence was referenced.

Police Officers gives details of the investigating police officers for Operations Weeting, Elvedon and Sasha. They have appeared in court to explain evidence and to validate timelines, schedules and facts that have been agreed between the prosecution and defence.

Breaking News provides a summary of all Peter Jukes BREAKING tweets from the whole trial so far. These are listed under the relevant trial date, which takes you to the full Live Twitter feed for that day.
